From food to packaging, Swift Eats has a small carbon footprint and generates as little waste as possible.
The heart of our business is our hyper-efficient kitchen. We operate multiple restaurants out of one space, which means the gas, water and electricity we use is shared.
Every year, U.S. restaurants generate billions of pounds of food waste. Because Swift Eats uses food across several restaurants, what we source is more likely to be eaten. Any food we can’t use or donate, we compost.
Better for you — and the environment. Whenever possible, we source from local farmers and vendors. That means food gets to you faster and fresher, without contributing as much to greenhouse gas emissions.
